The Specialty Food Association's 2023 Summer Fancy Food Show is June 25 - 27, 2023 at the Javits Convention Center.
As the largest B2B specialty food event in the western United States, the Summer Fancy Food Show features thousands of specialty food and beverage products from the U.S. and international exhibitors.
Summer Fancy Food Show attendees can register for optional education programming from the Specialty Food Association. On-site education programs include The Basics: The Business of Specialty Food on Saturday, June 24, 2023, and The Maker Pass, which provides access to all workshops in the Maker Space, is ongoing from Sunday, June 25 through Tuesday June 27, 2023.
